• PhD/MBA/MS/ MSC (any discipline) from HEC Recognized University / Institute. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification will be an added advantage. Experience: (a) Total 15 years of working experience in any national / international reputable organization is required. Out of this total working experience, candidate must have minimum 02 years working experience of Academics/Administrative (BPS-19 above or equivalent) in any HEC recognized University . (b) The candidate should have thorough knowledge of Academic processes and HEC policies. Skills: (a) Good strategic planning/management abilities. (b) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. (c) Training need analysis, career development framework and problem-solving skills. Age Limit: 55 years and below. After completion of probation period other benefits include membership of contributory provident fund scheme, medical insurance and pension insurance programs. The Terminal degree must be attested from HEC and in case of foreign qualification, HEC equivalence letter is required. Offer is subject to submission of HEC attesed terminal degree/transcript copy.
