• PhD/MBA/MS/ MSC (any discipline) from HEC Recognized University / Institute. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification will be an added advantage. Experience: (a) Total 15 years of working experience in any national / international reputable organization is required. Out of this total working experience, candidate must have minimum 02 years working experience of Academics/Administrative (BPS-19 above or equivalent) in any HEC recognized University. (b) The candidate should have thorough knowledge of Academic processes and HEC policies. Skills: (a) Good strategic planning/management abilities. (b) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. (c) Training need analysis, career development framework and problem-solving skills. Age Limit: 55 years and below. After completion of probation period other benefits include membership of contributory provident fund scheme, medical insurance and pension insurance programs. * The Terminal degree must be attested from HEC and in case of foreign qualification, HEC equivalence letter is required.
