How to apply

1. 1Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the desired post(s) online.
2. 2After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project Code, and Candidates personal information) will be generated.
3. 3Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through OneLink.
4. 4After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (Candidates Copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.

Rules & eligibility

• Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA Screening Test.
• However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the appointing authority.
• For posts at Serial No. 1 to 6: All the candidates are required to create account on ETEA's Website.
• After creating account and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk), without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
• For posts at Serial No. 8 and 9: All aspiring candidates shall submit their applications along with attested copies of all relevant documents directly to office of the Divisional Forest Officer National Parks Wildlife Division D.I.Khan till 06/11/2026 on the underneath given address.
• Appointment to the above project posts will be made under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Project Implementation Policy 2022.
• The employees so appointed will be governed by the Project policy, and their services will be liable to termination upon expiry of the project life or earlier if their performance is found unsatisfactory.
• For the purpose of evaluation and selection, Scoring Matrix (d), as prescribed under sub-para (iii) of Paragraph 6, "Criteria for Selection," Chapter 4: Human Resource Related Provisions of the Project Implementation Policy 2022 shall be adopted.
• Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
• Candidates should be eligible on all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.
• Incomplete applications and applications received after last date will not be entertained.
• Relaxation of age will NOT be admissible.
• The Candidates working in Government/Semi-government bodies should apply through proper channel.
• Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
• Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel/reject any application without assigning any reason.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for Test/Interview.
• In case of foreign degrees, equivalent certificates from IBCC/HEC must be provided.
• Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.
• Domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is required.
