The job description for the post of Deputy Secretary / Deputy Controller (BS-18) under the Punjab Public Service Commission involves overall supervision of affairs of any Branch of BISE, Lahore. The candidate should be well-versed in Noting/Drafting in both English and Urdu, and conversant with Civil Servants Rules and disciplinary rules. The duties and functions will be assigned by the Authority. The Deputy Secretary/Deputy Controller will handle cases within their charge that do not involve policy matters and are within their level of competence as per rules or standing orders. Occasional tasks may also be assigned by the Authority.
