Job Description • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery • Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are completed on time. • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed. • Implementing and enforcing agile methodologies, Scrum, or other project management procedures for efficient workflow. • Monitoring project progress, tracking key metrics, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. • Overseeing technical documentation, system requirements, and quality assurance processes. • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. • Must have experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana). • Must be PMP Certified.
