Job Description • Participate in Agile development processes by contributing to the continuous improvement of testing practices, actively engaging in sprint planning to review requirements and specifications, and providing additional details to ensure comprehensive test coverage. • Build, recommend, and maintain appropriate frameworks to automate test scenarios • Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases • Convert manual regression scenarios to automated test cases • Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities during SDLC • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and software engineers, to understand software requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications • Identify, troubleshoot, and document issues thoroughly during bug tracking • Perform functional and non-functional testing to support the development team • Stay up-to-date with new technologies, quality standards, and industry trends • Document software issues and enhancement requests, and assist development with concise and detailed steps for duplication of the defects found while performing manual functional, integration, and regression tests • Ability to act as a stand-alone and define tasks to start QA efforts in an Agile team.
