Relevant Experience: 1 year working experience in data collection, reporting and community mobilization experience in development sector is desirable. Job Description: • Ensure community sessions, household visits, and outreach activities are conducted according to the project plan. • Collect and compile data from Community Mobilizers regularly, and maintain accurate, updated records of SBCC sessions. • Review and verify weekly/monthly community awareness (SBCC) session reports to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely submission to the District Coordinator. • Assist in documenting and processing payments for Community Mobilizers, while maintaining proper filing of programmatic and financial records. • Support the planning and implementation of advocacy, awareness, social media and community mobilization events. • Promote gender-sensitive and inclusive approaches in all community engagement activities. • Report challenges, risks, and community feedback to the District Coordinator for timely action. • Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, orientations, and other community engagement activities. *Applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled Note: “Indus Hospital & Health Network is an employer that does not tolerate Sexual Exploitation and Abuse.
