Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant subject (Physiology or Microbiology). Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Job Responsibilities : Code Inpatient/Outpatient and day care discharges using coding classification and TIH guidelines. Prepare standard reports from coded/abstract data provided under the supervision of coding Assistant Manager. Participates in client audit meetings to enhance accuracy of coding and rectifies anomalies in the existing abstract. Update histopathalogy of coded charts daily. Monthly update daycare and inpatient discharges reports Monthly update discharges report on the basis of specialty. Trace and code all medical record folders that were not coded on every next day. Trace and code backlog discharges. Any other task that is assigned by the Head/Assistant Manager coding.
