Education: Bachelor's preferably Master's in Supply Chain Management With relevant certifications. Experience: Atleast 5 years Of relevant experience. Role & Responsibility The Assistant Manager will previse personnel and ensure effective communication an d proper coordination of all requisition- related correspondence within the organization and with external vendors and suppliers. Ensure compliance with supply chain policies, SOPs, procurement procedures, financial contrds, and audit requirements. Supervise daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution. Monitor purchase requisitions, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance to ensure timely fulfillment of departmental requirements. Maintain effective vendor relationships, support cost optirnization, and ensure accurate procurement documentation, inventory records, and reporting. Supervise supply chain personnel, identify operational risks, and implement process improvements to enhance e9iciency and ensure continuity of operations.
