Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably Masters in clinical psychology. Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience. Experience in workplace mental health programs at corporate level preferred.. The Psychologist, Employee Well-being is responsible for promoting psychological health, emotional resilience, and overall well-being of employees. The role focuses on confidential counseling, stress management, burnout prevention, workplace conflict support, and development of mental health initiatives aligned with organizational values and policies.
