Experience: Proven, personal experience triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving Oracle Fusion/Oracle Cloud/OIC access, integration, and configuration issues; strong working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and OCI, Oracle Procurement, Oracle Financials/GL reporting, and Oracle HCM/Payroll; familiarity with Oracle-Okta access provisioning/deprovisioning; experience managing relationships with ERP vendors (Oracle) and external implementation consultants; track record of sponsoring or delivering automation/AI-driven solutions with measurable time and cost savings; demonstrated experience managing a technical team; proven ability to work across Finance, People/HR, IT/InfoSec, and regional business units.
