Product enhancement and sales performance management. Responsibilities • Assist in managing the entire lifecycle of retail banking products, including development, launch, and ongoing enhancements. • Conduct market research to gather competitor data, consumer trends, and customer insights for informed decision-making. • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and increased customer satisfaction. • Collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, compliance, and operations teams to align product strategies and execution plans. • Support the preparation of product documentation, training materials, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely completion of product initiatives and adherence to project timelines. • Monitor key product performance indicators and assist in generating regular reports to track product success and identify risks. • Assist in pricing strategy development and promotional campaign planning to boost product uptake and market share. • Maintain strong communication channels within the team and with other departments to facilitate smooth project workflows. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to retail banking products. • Utilize MS Office tools to prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis to support product management decisions. • Support senior product managers by organizing meetings, managing project documentation, and following up on action items.
