Job details

Education: MBBS, BDS, Pharm-D, BScN, Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or a related discipline. A Master’s degree in Healthcare Management (MBA/MHA), Public Health (MPH/MSPH), Quality Management / TQM, Epidemiology, or similar relevant discipline will be preferred. Diploma or Certification in Healthcare Quality will be preferred.. Experience: Minimum 04 years of relevant experience with Masters including at least 01 year in supervisory capacity “OR” Minimum 06 years of relevant experience with Bachelors including at least 02 years in supervisory capacity.. The Assistant Manager, Quality & Monitoring Directorate is responsible for supporting quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and accreditation initiatives across the hospital. The role monitors quality indicators, oversees incident reporting and risk analysis, facilitates staff training on quality and patient safety, analyzes performance data, and supports continuous quality improvement through effective reporting, monitoring, and implementation of quality management systems.
