Education: Masters in Physiology. Experience: Four to Five years’ experience of coding from a reputed hospital. Responsible for managing clinical coding activities in line with ICD-10 standards, ensuring accuracy, staff supervision, and coordination with clinicians and IT. The role also supports reporting, physicians training, and process improvements to strengthen coding practices across community health facilities.
