Education: BScN/Post RN. Experience: Minimum 04 years of relevant experience.. The Assistant Head Nurse (AHN) is responsible for planning resources (workforce & material), management, implementation and evaluation of nursing care activities as per IHHN policies. Assists Head Nurse/Deputy Manager /Manager in managing assigned areas, ensuring quality of patients' care, operational & human resource management within the context of professional nursing standard practices including infection control & patient safety as an approach to continual quality improvement. Take active part in preparation of PHC audits, High profile rounds and accompany them during clinical rounds.
