Job Description • Design and execute AI-powered growth strategies across content, distribution, and audience expansion • Build scalable systems for organic growth, audience acquisition, and retention loops • Use AI tools to optimize content creation, repurposing, and performance analytics • Identify growth opportunities across LinkedIn, newsletters, YouTube, podcasts, and short-form platforms • Build multi-platform content engines (LinkedIn ? Newsletter ? Video ? Community ?
