2 Agri-Finance & Investment Policy Specialist (SPPS-II) 01 Maximum age 62 years on the closing date of advertisement Master's degree in Agricultural Economics, Finance, MBA Economics, Agricultural Policy, or related discipline from a recognized national/ international university. Certification in fintech, microfinance, or insurance preferred. 10+ years of professional experience in Agri-Finance, rural credit, or agri-investment development. 8+ years in agri-financial policy, credit systems, fintech, or insurance schemes. Proven experience in public-private financing and policy formulation. Experience with commercial banks, SECP, SBP, DFRs, donors, or insurance providers. Skills in policy drafting, financial modeling, and investment strategy design.
