Job details

The candidate should possess a Master's degree or higher from a recognized and reputable university, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Public Administration, or a related discipline, with at least 15 years of progressive professional experience, including a minimum of five (05) years in a senior executive or leadership role within large and complex organizations in the public, private, multinational, development, or higher education sectors.
