Education: Bachelors. Experience: 02 years of related experience.. Ensure continuous integration and collaboration with support all relevant departments (like maintenance, IT, etc.) to maintain center operations effectively. Liaison between sites and the clinical team to facilitate patient care and services. Work with link sites to ensure timely processing of financial matters such as petty cash and utility bill payments to avoid disruptions in services. Reporting on a regular basis (daily, weekly and monthly, quarterly) updates with the line manager and Head of Department (HOD) regarding clinic activities and any significant developments. Maintain accurate records of stock inventory and consumptions following organizational standards and protocols Keep track of fixed and non-fixed assets, updating records regularly to reflect changes accurately . Ensure that scheduled maintenance tasks (PPM) are carried out within specified timelines to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. Raise purchase requests for medicines, supplies, and other necessary items on a quarterly basis to maintain adequate stock levels Maintain a daily log of operational updates, including any issues encountered and actions taken. Initiate discussions with relevant personnel and departments to resolve complaints and review facility performance to enhance service quality Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the line manager to contribute to overall clinic operations and goals .
