Location: HO Peshawar Qualification Minimum education required is Graduation. A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business, or any other relevant field from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign University will be preferred. Experience 10 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to Organization Development, HR Governance and Compensation & Benefits. Commercial banking experience is strongly preferred, with sound knowledge of Banking Operations, SBP regulations and Corporate Governance. Candidates having strong expertise in HR analytics, Workforce Planning, Compensation Benchmarking and Budgeting, along with Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management and Board-level communication/presentation skills would be highly preferred.
