Eligibility Qualifications • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) from an HEC-recognized institute/university. Preference will be given to candidates holding JAIBP certification. • Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage. Skills • Strong written and verbal communication. • Knowledge of Takaful systems. • Understanding of Takaful regulations. • Familiarity with policies and procedures. Experience Minimum of 10 years of banking experience, including at least 5 years of managerial experience. Key Responsibilities • Overseeing the management and administration of the Bank's Takaful portfolio, including the Bankers Blanket Bond (BBB) Policy. • Leading the end-to-end management of insurance claims, reviewing interim coverages and policy endorsements, and ensuring timely policy renewals. • Monitoring and reporting daily excess cash positions, analyzing insurance portfolio performance, and preparing management reports. • Liaising with Takaful providers to strengthen insurance governance, resolving complex issues, and performing other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department or senior management.
