GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN NATIONAL ACCOUNTABILITY BUREAU SHAHRAH-E-JAMHURIAT, G-5/1 ISLAMABAD SITUATIONS VACANT National Accountability Bureau invites applications from Pakistani Nationals against the following temporary posts but likely to continue for its Headquarter at Islamabad:- S. Age Limits Max. 01 Stenotypist (BPS-14) Quota: Balochistan (02 Posts) (Open merit) 2nd Class or Grade 'C' intermediate or equivalent with shorthand/typing speed of 80/40 w.p.m. respectively along with a 3 months certificate in computer operations (MS Office). 18 30 (including 5 years general age relaxation) GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS/ IMPORTANT NOTES a) Age, Qualification and Experience shall be counted/ examined as on the closing date for receipt of applications. b) Eligible candidates fulfilling the above-mentioned criteria, will be shortlisted for initial screening test (Objective type) which will be followed by shorthand and typing test, before calling for interview. c) Government Service/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous/ Corporation employees shall be required to apply through proper channel. d) Maximum age limit is mentioned above, however, under mentioned categories will be admissible for further age relaxation:- 1. 5 years to the candidates belonging to Balochistan Province. 2. 15 years (or) the number of years actually served in the Armed Forces of Pakistan whichever is less to the released or retired personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan. 3. 10 years to Government servants who have completed 2 years of continuous government service on the closing date of receipt of applications. 4. 5 years to persons with disabilities (PWDs). 5. 10 years to widow, son or daughter of deceased Govt. servant who died during service. 6. Any other relaxation admissible as per Govt. policy. Note: Where a candidate is entitled to age relaxation under more than one category specified above, he/she will be allowed age relaxation in one category only calculable to him/her. e) Various quotas have been calculated in accordance with Federal Govt. policy. f) Result awaited candidates on closing date are not eligible to apply. g) The posts will be governed by NAB Employees (Service) Rules, 2025. h) Dual Nationality holders are not eligible to apply for appointment against these posts. i) No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in any test/interview. j) In the light of the Federal Govt. approval conveyed vide Establishment Division O.M No. 2/5/2026-BEFC/001, dated 22-10-2026, following one time exemption will also be admissible:- k) Candidates who fulfill the requisite criteria for the above post(s) shall apply online through official website of NAB (http://nab.gov.pk/jobs) under the "Jobs" tab by 13th November, 2026.
