Education: BSCS / BS (Information Technology) / BE (Computer Engineering or Information Engineering). Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant experience. The Senior Technical Support Executive is responsible to provide operational management, maintenance, and support to hospital management information system (HMIS); ensuring minimal disruption to patient care and hospital operations. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, project management, and collaboration with clinical, non-clinical staff and other stakeholders.
