Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new potential clients to maximize product awareness and customer retention. • Identify and acquire new potential accounts by customer referrals and market connections. • Ensure excellent service standards to customers. • Drive deposit growth through efficient portfolio management. • Promote Cross-selling and ADC opportunities. • Assist Branch Manager in achieving branch targets. Qualification : Graduate with at least 14 years of education from HEC recognised university / Masters Preferable Experience : • For SRM: Minimum 5 years of Liabilities sales experience in branch banking. • For RM: Minimum 2 years of Liabilities sales experience in branch banking. Age: Maximum 35 years Skills: • Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities. • Impressive customer relationship management skills. • Effective leadership and people management abilities. • Skilled in delivering impactful presentations. • Strong written and verbal communication proficiency.
