Education: Masters/ MS / M.Phil. Degree in Psychology. Experience: 2–3 years of experience in counseling, psychometric assessments, data collection, and applying CBT, Humanistic, and Eclectic therapeutic techniques. Proven experience in developing counseling content, working with clients, and effectively managing teams.. JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Psychologist, in coordination with the Manager & Mental Health Team, will be responsible for the development, functional & technical oversight, and training of Lay Mental Health Officers (MHO). In addition, She/He will be responsible for implementing Programmatic protocols across the Mental Health Program’s intervention sites. The Senior Psychologist will do clinics as well. TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES : Work with the Manager and Mental Health Team to organize regular training on basic counseling skills at the Facility level. Weekly supervision sessions, Identify and provide capacity-building sessions on a regular basis to MHOs Ensure regular training and reinforcement of protocols for services offered Through Weekly Check-ins: Assist and provide guidance to Mental Health Officers. This include providing feedback to the team on screening and counseling, discussion problematic/complex cases and accompanying them on Supervision. Provide regular in-person or tele-consultation Personal Psychotherapy with clients who are diagnosed with severe Anxiety, depression and other Disorders Manage data and Focus on Monitoring and Evaluation strategy Present Programmatic Progress to the Manager Note: “Indus Hospital & Health Network is an employer that does not tolerate Sexual Exploitation and Abuse.
