Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in branch sales / customer service. Skills & Abilities: • Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities. • Customer relationship management skills. • Effective leadership and people management abilities. • Able to deliver impactful presentations. • A strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by women entrepreneurs in Pakistan (especially in the SME/informal sector). Location: Karachi Job Description: • Drive Portfolio Expansion: Strategically work with branches to increase the number of women opening accounts and securing formal business loans. • Identify Opportunities: Systematically analyse market gaps and economic sectors to identify underserved areas where women require support in financial products. • Product Promotion: Actively support and lead the promotion of Bank AL Habib's specialized financial products through branch networks. • Identify Partnerships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with academic institutions, NGOs, vocational training centers, formal/home-based business associations. • Lead Awareness Initiatives: Arrange, lead, and execute impactful financial literacy and awareness sessions. • Staff Training: Collaborate with HR and training departments to plan and deliver gender sensitivity and specialized product training.
