Education: Pharm-D. Experience: Minimum 03 Years of experience as a Pharmacist in a tertiary hospital Setup.. Task & Accountabilities : Should be fully aware of the mission statement of The Indus Hospital and endeavors with team spirit within the department. Monitor the Pharmacy Store inventory, supervise the In-Patient, ER Pharmacy, MDR-TB, Hepatitis drug management units & Cath Lab Pharmacy services activities. Daily visit of all Pharmacy locations & brief discussion / report to Asst. Manager / Manager Pharmacy. To monitor all clinical activities of Clinical Pharmacist and maintain all data’s relevant to Drugs and patients. To develop & guide the Pharmacy staff regarding all aspects of drug management, Inventory control & to provide them technical & administrative support. To ensure implementation of departmental SOPs & to utilize the Pharmacy staff as per approved JDs. Arrange & document weekly, monthly departmental meetings, minutes to implement all the decisions. Arrange to inspect nursing units and clinics to monitor the proper storage and distribution of patient floor stock, controlled drugs, and emergency medications. Prepare and forward the list of fast moving / slow moving / short expiry / expired / broken, damage items each month regularly to Asst. Manager / Manager Pharmacy. Arrange programs for surprise audit of all Pharmacy locations recheck & forward reports of KPIs of all locations every month to Asst. Manager / Manager Pharmacy. To take active part in compiling Hospital formulary and arranging Formulary and P&T Committee meetings. To conduct and arrange CMEs for pharmacists and technicians on regular basis. Supervise & ensure complete checking / tally physical stock of all Pharmacy locations each month and forward its report to Asst. Manager / Manager Pharmacy.
