Job Summary We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Senior Officer in Supply Chain to manage end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations, working closely with internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials and services, cost-effective purchasing, and full compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete procurement cycle, from requisition review to purchase order issuance and delivery follow-up. Review purchase requisitions, verify specifications and budgets, and issue purchase orders on time. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices, favorable payment terms, and reliable lead times. Obtain and analyze quotations, prepare comparative statements, and recommend the best-value suppliers. Develop and maintain a strong vendor base; conduct periodic supplier performance evaluations. Track order status, follow up on deliveries, and resolve delays, shortages, or quality issues with suppliers. Coordinate with user departments, warehouse, finance, and quality teams to ensure smooth receipt, inspection, and payment processing. Monitor inventory levels and support stock optimization to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval matrices, and audit requirements.
