Key responsibilities include preparing financial reports, leading budgeting, managing general ledger, monitoring cash flows, strengthening internal controls, coordinating audits, supporting tax compliance, and providing financial analysis. Candidates must be CA Finalist or ACCA Qualified with 8-10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting. Required skills include a strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, financial reporting, working capital management, proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems, along with strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
