Shifa Foundation , a non-profit organization established in 1991 (sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd., Islamabad), invites sealed quotations from reputable, registered firms, suppliers, and vendors for the Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of an Inverter and Battery Backup System for Water ATM Power Backup under the Integrated Services Delivery (ISD) Project in Karachi. No. Item Description Unit Quantity 1 Inverex Nitrox 3.6kW (IP65) Hybrid Inverter No. 1 2 Inverex Lithium Battery 24V, 100Ah No. 1 3 Wiring, fitting, connection including with all items (ductpatti, button and complete in all respect) Sqft 1 4 Circuit Breakers No. 1 5 Labour charges for complete installation, testing, and integration with existing solar and utility power system Lump Sum Complete Job Terms & Conditions • Only sealed quotations will be accepted. • Submission Deadline: 05 July 2026 • Late quotations will not be considered. • The requirement is urgent . • Quoted prices must be inclusive of transportation, installation, fitting, commissioning, and all applicable Government taxes (GST & WHT) . • The successful vendor must complete the supply and installation at Abdullah Gabol Site, Karachi, by 07 July 2026 . • Quoted rates must remain valid for at least four (04) weeks . • The supplier's invoice must clearly mention NTN, GST Registration Number (where applicable), or CNIC . • Payment will be made within 20 working days after submission of the original invoice and successful completion of the work. • Payment will be made through crossed cheque in the name of the company/business. • The quotation envelope should be clearly marked "Quotation for Supply & Installation of Inverter and Battery System."
