Eligibility Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or ACCA qualification from an HEC-recognized institute/university. Certifications such as ACSS or CSAA will be preferred. Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage. Experience: Atleast 2 years of relevant banking experience. Skills Required: • Relationship Management, Client Advisory & Stakeholder Management • Strong analytical and documentation review skills • Proficiency in MS Office • Islamic Finance & SBP/SECP Regulatory Knowledge Responsibilities: • Conducting initial reviews of clients' business structures, operations, processes, policies, procedures, systems, and controls, and proposing appropriate changes from a Shariah perspective. • Assisting the line manager in structuring and developing new products and Sukuk structures. • Reviewing constitutive documents, trust deeds, and clients' marketing materials. • Providing day-to-day Shariah technical services and support to clients, while facilitating liaison between clients and SCD/RSBM for the resolution of Shariah non-compliance issues.
