Eligibility Qualifications • Minimum Bachelor's preferably Master's from an HEC recognized institute/ university. • Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage. Skills • ADC Transaction Reconciliation & Settlement • Dispute & Complaint Resolution • Stakeholder Coordination & Communication • Regulatory Compliance & Transaction Processing Experience Minimum 4 years of relevant banking experience. Experience in Islamic Credit Cards, Alternate Delivery Channels (ADC), and/or Debit Card Operations will be preferred. Key Responsibilities • Managing reconciliation and settlement of ADC, ATM, CDM, and CCDM transactions, ensuring timely resolution of overages, shortages, and discrepancies in accordance with established procedures and timelines. • Coordinating with branches, member banks, and relevant internal and external stakeholders regarding settlement matters, transaction disputes, and reconciliation-related issues. • Handling customer complaints and transaction disputes through relevant platforms, including MPG, SDRS, VISA, and MasterCard, while investigating and ensuring timely resolution. • Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and operating procedures prescribed by VISA, MasterCard, China UnionPay, PayPak, 1LINK, and SBP, while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
