The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following positions: 01 Position / Job Title: Unit Head - Admin & Expense Management (AVP) Reporting to: Wing Head - Administration Educational / Professional Qualification: - Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan - Candidates having Bachelor's or Master's degree and / or related professional certification will be preferred Experience: - Minimum 06 years of experience in Administration and / or Human Resources and / or Finance, out of which at least 02 years of experience in Budgeting and / or Expense Management - Candidates having experience of working in large scale organization and / or with renowned training firms would be preferred Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required: - Good understanding of learning & development function - Up to date knowledge of prevailing trends and programs in the market - Excellent interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities: - To check and process Monthly Statements of Training Expenses (MSTE) claims of various regions received from staff colleges and the settlement received by the Financial Control Group - To verify the reimbursement of expenses received from staff colleges and its settlement from the Financial Control Group - To prepare the budget sheet of expenses for payment from the Financial Control Group and draft office notes - To assist internal and external auditors by providing any information required by them - To prepare the monthly budget compliance report as well as annual report for reimbursement of training expenses - To maintain all accounts registers and relevant books / vouchers / data for audit and inspection purposes - To process and follow up all HR related matters of the Division's staff - To maintain leave record of executives / officers of the Division - To process, supervise and maintain the record of outsourced resources / janitorial and guards of the division - To maintain and safe keeping of all documents related to all correspondences of all colleges, dead stock items / files etc. of whole Division - To compile and provide the data of the Division to Head Office whenever required - To support and fulfill the administrative needs of the staff of the Division - To perform any other assignment as assigned by the Wing Head Administration Place of Posting: Karachi 02 Position / Job Title: Regional HR Business Partner (OG-I / AVP) Reporting to: Senior HR Business Partner Educational / Professional Qualification: - Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan - Candidates having Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR and / or Public Administration would be preferred Experience: - Minimum 05 years of work experience with at least 02 years in Human Resources - Candidates having experience of working in similar roles in financial sector would be preferred Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required: - Good understanding of Human Resource practices and processes - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Good stakeholder management skills - Detail oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy - Good MS Office skills Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities: - To supervise all HR related activities in the region and assist Senior HRBP in implementation of HR initiatives that are aligned with NBP's business strategy - To supervise and recommend all HR related matters of employees, including promotions, performance appraisal, job objectives, counselling, mentoring, disciplinary cases to Senior HRBP for approvals - To oversee planning and execution of Continuous Development Programs (COP) to train and develop valuable staff - To assist Senior HRBP, Regional Head and Regional Executives in all HR related matters, which includes but not limited to Transfer / Postings, Job Rotations, Performance Management, and Training & Development of staff - To supervise processing and sanctioning of all kinds of staff benefits, such as Staff Loans, Medical Bills, TNDA and other related benefits of employees in the region - To supervise processing of end service benefits cases of the retired, dismissed and deceased employees and ensure timely disbursement of pending dues, incentives and rewards - To supervise staff complaints, disciplinary and litigation cases, in line with policies. Follow up on all cases with different stakeholders for timely resolution of the same - To handle staff appeals and grievances assigned by Head Office / Regional Office and ensure their timely disposal - To provide support to Head Office / Senior HR Business Partner in handling staff litigation cases to supervise all HR related tasks / activities in SAP-HCM - To ensure implementation of Bank's Code of Conduct and HR policies related to time and attendance, leaves, dress code and other related policies and ensure discipline in regional office and branches - To oversee and maintain record of leaves, transfers, postings, promotions, job objectives, disciplinary cases, staff loans and benefits etc. of the employees of entire region - To maintain and update MIS and staff data and share with different quarters as and when needed - To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s) Place of Posting: DG Khan 03 Position / Job Title: Assistant Manager - Performance Management (OG-II / OG-I) Reporting to: Wing Head - Performance & Rewards Educational / Professional Qualification: - Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan - Candidates having Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR and / or Public Administration would be preferred Experience: - Minimum 03 years of experience in Performance Management and / or Compensation and / or related HR function, preferably in the banking sector Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required: - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of SAP HCM will be preferred Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities: - To formulate and maintain the Bank's end-to-end performance management framework, from objective setting to KPI-based evaluation, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, the Remuneration policy, and market best practices - To partner with HRBPs and concerned stakeholders to roll out performance appraisal activities and streamline the data for informed decision-making - To manage and implement performance management policies by coordinating with all stakeholders and ensure compliance of the laid down policies and procedures - To analyze evaluation data patterns and historic data for suggestion of performance improvement mechanisms to all stake holders and identification of potential high achievers - To ensure proper record maintenance of performance record and to digitize the record of appraisal forms, summary sheets, etc. for safe keeping and prompt availability - To provide necessary MIS and records pertaining to performance management for any requesting body such as SBP, Audit, external agencies, courts of law, management, etc. - To provide necessary records, forms, facts and any other information needed by Legal Division or HR Legal Compliance Division for any case related to performance management of employees and / or any other matter pertaining to P&RMW by coordinating with necessary department - To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s) Place of Posting: Karachi Assessment test/ Interview(s): Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for test and / or panel interview(s).
