PUNJAB INDUSTRIAL ESTATES DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY A GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB COMPANY INVITATION TO BID FOR MEDICAL HEALTH INSURANCE OF PIEDMC EMPLOYEES FOR THE FY 2026-27 Contract # PIE&PMH126/45 Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) was established by Govt. of the Punjab, to facilitate the industrial growth of Punjab. PIEDMC invites E-Bids from Companies / Group of Companies not below AA+ rating, to submit their Quotes for Health Insurance of PIEDMC employees for Hospitalization & Maternity for the Period of one year (renewable). Registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax having their name in the active Tax Payers list and Punjab e-Procurement System (EP). Bidding will be conducted under the provision of PPRA Rules -2014 (amended upto date) on Single Stage One Envelope Basis Bidding Documents, containing detailed terms & conditions, can be downloaded from PPRA website: www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidding documents are also available on Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) i.e. https://ep.punjab.gov.pk free of cost. For E-Bids submission on Punjab e-Procurement System (EP), Bidders are requested to register at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk E-Bids, duly completed, signed, stamped and in complete conformity with Bidding Document must be submitted online on Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) i.e. https://ep.punjab.gov.pk till 20th October, 2026 by or before 03:00 PM and Bids shall be opened at same date on 03:30 PM, as per the PPRA Rules, 2014 and no bid other than Punjab e-Procurement system (EP) will be accepted. Bid Security @ 2% of the estimated cost (which is 2% of the estimated cost) must be submitted online exclusively through the Bank of Punjab as per the guidelines of Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) regulations. No physical / financial instrument (CDR, Bank Guarantee / Demand Draft / Pay Order) of any scheduled bank in favour of the PIEDMC will be accepted. The procurement process shall be completed in accordance with the instructions issued by the Finance Department, Govt. of the Punjab vide letter No. FD(WM)-7-661/2026 dated 26/6/2026, in true letter and spirit. The URL of the website of the PPRA (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the PIEDMC website shall be followed for the publication of the advertisement of the PPRA. In case, the firm is found Black-listed by PIEDMC and PPRA or provide false / misleading information, it's Bid will be cancelled and will be recommended for punitive action.
