Eligibility Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master’s from an HEC-recognized institution/university. Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience Skills Required: • Advanced MS Excel & Microsoft Office • Strong Communication & Query Resolution • Time Management & Meeting Deadlines • Cross-Selling & Business Development Support Responsibilities: • Implementing eBiz+ and Biz+ LITE solutions, ensuring SLA compliance, maintaining records, and providing onsite and virtual customer training. • Handling branch and client queries related to eBiz+, Biz+ LITE, payment solutions, virtual accounts, and other cash management products. • Serving as the primary contact for Cash Management customers, enhancing relationships and ensuring timely query resolution. • Identifying cross-selling opportunities and supporting system enhancements with the Manager Client Implementation.
