The bidder must have a valid Tax Clearance Certificate. The bidder must have a valid Environmental Clearance Certificate. The bidder must have a valid Safety Certificate. The bidder must have a valid Bank Guarantee. The bidder must have a valid Insurance Certificate. The bidder must have a valid NOC from the relevant authorities. The bidder must have a valid NOC from the local government. The bidder must have a valid NOC from the local police. The bidder must have a valid NOC from the local fire department.
