INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE PUNJAB (IDAP) PRE-QUALIFICATION (PQ) NOTICE OF GENERAL CONTRACTOR 2026/PQ/42 ESTABLISHMENT OF NAWAZ SHARIF MEDICAL DISTRICT, LAHORE INSTITUTE OF SURGICAL, ORTHOPEDIC & MEDICAL REHABILITATION LAHORE 1. Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites prequalification proposals through the EPADS System of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) from eligible applicants for the subject procurement. 2. The scope of work to be performed consists construction of buildings and infrastructure development, and for execution of these works deployment of all necessary Material, Labor (s), Formwork, Tools & Machinery. 3. Details of the procurement are as follows: Applicable Rules PPRA Rules 2014 (amended upto date) Estimated Cost (PKR) Approximately 15.10 Million Covered Area (SFT) Approximately 512,600 Sq.ft Required PEC Category C-A 4. All interested applicants are required to register on EPADS to be eligible for participation. PQ Document/ PQ Notice containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions is available for the registered applicants on EPADS at http://epads.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and http://epp.ppra.punjab.gov.pk/Viewer/Advert. The response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the website of the Authority (PPRA). 5. The PQ Proposal prepared following the instructions in the Pre-Qualification document must be submitted on EPADS on or before 14th July, 2024, no later than 03:00 P.M. Prequalification Proposals will be opened on the same day on EPADS at 03:30 P.M. Any Proposal received through any mode other than EPADS shall not be considered. 6. In case, the last date of submission of the Proposal is declared a public holiday then the next working day will be considered for Proposal submission & opening.
