Job details

Education: Bachelors / Master’s degree in Human Resources, or a relevant field. Experience: Minimum 02 Years of relevant experience with Bachelors OR minimum 01 Year of relevant experience with Masters. The Executive, Quality Assurance will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating HR processes to ensure compliance with approved policies, SOPs, and IHHN’s standards. The role involves conducting quality checks of HR documentation and records, verifying HRMS/HMIS data accuracy, identifying process gaps, maintaining audit and compliance records, and monitoring corrective and preventive actions. The incumbent will also prepare quality assurance reports, support internal and external audits, and recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance within the Human Resources Department.
