How to apply

1. 1Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
2. 2After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidate’s personal information) will be generated.
3. 3Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through EasyPaisa app or Agent or at any branch of UBL Bank.
4. 4After successful fee submission, keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
5. 5After online apply, do not send documents/testimonials to ETEA office; copies of testimonials/documents will be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.

10. 10No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.

Rules & eligibility

• Candidates must have domicile of Kohat, Karak, Hangu, Orakzai, and Kurram Districts.
• Candidates must be free from all physical and mental disabilities.
• Candidates must meet the height and chest size requirements.
• Candidates must qualify in a 3 KM marathon race within 15 minutes.
• Candidates must be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on credentials provided.
• Candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website and get their CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk).
• Candidates must be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of the applications.
• Applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
• Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.
• Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
• Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies.
• Candidates who have been dismissed or removed from service in any government department on grounds of misconduct or corruption are not eligible to apply.
• Selected candidates will be required to furnish a surety bond of Rs. 300,000/- on stamp paper, undertaking to serve in the Forest Department for a period of five years.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
• Original documents shall be produced at the time of the interview along with attested copies of all testimonials.
• In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificate(s) from HEC must be provided.
• Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.
