2. 2After successful submission, a unique deposit slip containing the token number, project code, and candidate’s personal information will be generated.
3. 3Print the deposit slip and deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee through the EasyPaisa App/Agent or at any branch of UBL Bank.
4. 4Retain the original bank-stamped copy of the deposit slip for record purposes.
5. 5No need to submit documents at the time of online application, but they will be required when demanded after qualifying the screening test.

Rules & eligibility

• All candidates must create their profile on the ETEA website and print the E-Salhat token from the ETEA website, verified through NADRA E-Salhat Franchise (Kiosk).
• Appointments will be made according to the prevailing rules and regulations of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• Eligible candidates holding domicile of District Khyber will be allowed to appear in the written/screening test after qualifying the prescribed physical standards.
• Candidates found ineligible during scrutiny will be disqualified at any stage.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
• Interview information will be communicated through SMS; candidates should not change their registered mobile number.
• Candidates must possess the required qualifications and eligibility criteria on or before the closing date.
• Incomplete applications and applications received after the closing date will not be entertained.
• Upper age relaxation is admissible as per government rules.
• Candidates already serving in Government or Semi-Government organizations should apply through the proper channel.
• The competent authority reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.
• Candidates selected for the advertised Wildlife Watcher post will undergo mandatory training at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School, Thal, Abbottabad.
• Selected candidates resigning before completing five years of service will be liable to reimburse all training expenses incurred by the Government.
• Original educational documents must be produced at the time of the interview.
• The waiting list shall remain valid for a period of three months from the date of the interview.
• Only recognized degrees and certificates will be accepted. Educational credentials will be verified at the candidate’s expense.
• Candidates possessing foreign qualifications must produce an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
• Submission of a valid Police Clearance Certificate issued by the Police Department is mandatory.
