Bestway Automotive (Pvt.) Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager – Legal and Corporate Affairs for its vehicle assembly plant in Karachi. This role serves as the primary legal resource, supporting the company's day-to-day legal, litigation, regulatory, and corporate affairs. The incumbent will manage the litigation portfolio, draft legal documents, provide legal advice to various departments, conduct research, and ensure regulatory compliance. Candidates must hold an LL.B. from an HEC-recognized university, with an LL.M. preferred, and possess 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in litigation, legal advisory, and corporate affairs. Preference will be given to High Court Advocates with strong knowledge of Pakistani corporate, commercial, labour, and civil laws, excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, and high professional ethics.
