Position Purpose The Crowd Controller will support the effective management of beneficiaries at the Facilitation Centre by ensuring orderly registration, document verification support, queue management, and crowd control. The position will contribute to maintaining a safe, organized, and beneficiary-friendly environment while facilitating smooth implementation of BNP activities. Key Responsibilities • Facilitate beneficiary registration processes at the Facilitation Centre. • Assist in beneficiary guidance, token distribution, and queue management. • Support verification and validation of beneficiary documents according to programme guidelines. • Maintain records of referral cases and ensure proper documentation. • Ensure orderly movement of beneficiaries within the Facilitation Centre premises. • Maintain a safe, respectful, and organized environment for beneficiaries and staff. • Assist the FC Coordinator in logistical and operational activities. • Prepare and submit daily crowd management and beneficiary flow reports. • Support Facilitation Centre staff in the implementation of programme activities. • Address beneficiary inquiries and direct them to relevant service points. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safeguarding principles, and code of conduct. • Perform any other tasks assigned by the FC Coordinator or project management. Required Qualifications & Experience • Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) or equivalent qualification; Bachelor's degree will be preferred. • At least 1–2 years of experience in community mobilization, crowd management, customer service, social programmes, or related fields. • Experience working with public sector, development, humanitarian, or health-related projects will be an advantage. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively with diverse communities and vulnerable populations. • Basic record-keeping and reporting skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage large groups of beneficiaries in an organized manner.
