Job Overview: Bank AL Habib is seeking detail-oriented and service-driven professionals to join our Credit Cards team as Credit Card Maintenance Officers. The role involves managing card maintenance activities while ensuring operational accuracy and a seamless customer experience. Qualification & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred). • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: • Update customer information in the Credit Card System as per verified requests. • Process limit enhancements, card re-issuance, and replacements. • Manage cancellations and direct debit updates. • Handle reward point redemptions. • Prepare daily MIS and support billing cycle activities. • Resolve statement-related queries through CMS. • Maintain operational records and ensure smooth unit functioning. Location: Karachi
