Skills & Abilities: • Sound understanding of finance and credit card concepts. • Strong analytical skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Proficiency in MS Office. • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Location: Karachi Job Description: • Assist in leading product-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective resource allocation, and alignment with business objectives. • Support the development and enhancement of new credit card products by analysing market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings, and collaborate with stakeholders to formulate effective product strategies. • Conduct market and customer research to identify preferences, industry trends, and competitor products to ensure offerings remain competitive and innovative. • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop all credit card–related customer communication, marketing collateral, and website content. • Ensure all product offerings comply with relevant regulations and internal policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry requirements. • Support pricing and profitability analysis of credit card products to ensure financial objectives are met while maintaining competitive advantage. • Coordinate with the CPU to maintain adequate credit card inventory levels.
