Job Description: 1. 6+ years of experience in community mobilization, stakeholder engagement and training programmes in energy or rural development projects. 2. Demonstrated expertise in gender-inclusive approaches and productive-use applications. 3. Experience organizing demonstration visits, training sessions and exposure programmes.
