Education: BScN/Post RN BScN from a recognized institution. MSN/MSc Nursing or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage. Valid PNC registration is required.. Experience: At least 2 years of relevant clinical nursing/midwifery experience. Experience in clinical teaching, training, or staff development will be preferred.. Conduct clinical teaching, orientation, in-service education, and competency-based training for nursing and midwifery staff. Assess and monitor clinical competencies and provide mentorship and feedback. Conduct bedside teaching and clinical rounds to promote safe, evidence-based practice. Identify training needs based on clinical observations, audits, incidents, and quality indicators. Support implementation of nursing, midwifery, patient safety, and infection prevention standards. Develop and maintain competency checklists, training materials, and educational resources. Maintain records of staff training, competency assessments, and certifications. Support quality improvement, clinical audits, research, and evidence-based nursing and midwifery practice. Prepare training reports and presentations for Nursing Management.
