📢 Call for Consultant | Media Content Development, Social Media Content & Media Outreach Helvetas Intercooperation gGmbH, under the Capacity-Building for Socially Diligent Agribusinesses (CSDA) project, funded by the European Union, is looking for an experienced consultant to support media content development, social media content creation, visual documentation, and media outreach to promote best practices and role models in business sustainability. The consultant will be responsible for developing engaging and informative content, including articles, press releases, interviews, feature stories, project media posts, social media captions, photo stories, quote cards, infographics, short videos, and other platform-ready content. The assignment will also include producing high-quality visuals such as photographs, infographics, and videos to strengthen the impact of written and digital content. The consultant will also support media outreach by building relationships with key media outlets, including newspapers, magazines, online platforms, and broadcast channels, and pitching approved stories that highlight responsible business conduct, labour rights compliance, human rights due diligence, and sustainability practices in Pakistan’s cotton and rice value chains. The assignment is expected to require approximately 40 working days per year, over a period of two years (80 working days in total). Applicants should therefore provide a daily fee rate, which will be used to determine the overall financial proposal. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in development communication, journalism, media relations, social media content creation, digital storytelling, photography, video production, and visual documentation. At least 2 years’ experience is required in responsible business conduct, human rights, labour rights, sustainability, agriculture, textiles, rice, private sector engagement, or donor-funded development projects will be considered an asset.
