Eligibility Criteria: PhD in Business Administration (specialization in the field of Finance) from HEC recognized University with Publications and Experience as per HEC criteria. Terminal/Last degree must be attested from HEC and in case of foreign qualification, HEC equivalence letter is required. Additional Requirement: Candidate should have experience of online teaching. Strong teaching, mentoring, and course management skills for undergraduate and graduate courses. Good knowledge of OBE and CLO–PLO mapping. Experience in supervising MS and PhD research students and participating in research activities. Familiarity with SAR, RIPE, PREE, and NBEAC requirements. Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills with active participation in academic and departmental activities. Remuneration: Air University offers competitive salary package.
