Job details

Education: Matric/Intermediate. Experience: 01 Year of relevant experience. TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES : Receive, verify, and hand over medicines and other goods from the warehouse, ensuring proper placement and storage as per policy. Arrange all stock according to FEFO (First Expired, First Out) / FIFO (First In, First Out) methods. Hand over medicines dispensed from Pharmacy to Nursing Units and ensure acknowledgment through HMIS. Maintain records of issued medicines and proper documentation as advised by the supervisor. Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to maintain appropriate temperature, lighting, and cleanliness standards. Assist Pharmacy staff in verifying physical stock of daily issued and received goods. Maintain cleanliness of racks, tables, PCs, windows, and other Pharmacy areas. Assist Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians in monitoring room and refrigerator temperatures. Transport medicines and other goods between Pharmacy locations as required. Handle and hand over documents from the office to HR or warehouse as required. Perform any other tasks assigned by Shift Incharge / Pharmacy Management.
