College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) is hiring well-qualified and experienced Architectural & Engineering Consulting Firms for the Designing & Construction Supervision of the CPSP Regional Center in Larkana. Interested firms are invited to apply according to the guidelines below. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: 1. Company Profile: Name, permanent address, phone, e-mail, and fax number. 2. Legal Status: Partnership Deed / Articles of Association with a valid Power of Attorney. 3. Track Record: List of similar projects executed (including cost, location, and completion time). 4. Client Satisfaction: Performance/completion certificates from previous clients. 5. Current Workload: List of similar works currently in hand. 6. Financial Stability: Audited balance sheets for the last three (03) years and a bank credit-line certificate. 7. Tax Compliance: Proof of FBR registration, valid NTN, and up-to-date Income Tax Clearance. 8. Professional Licensing: Valid registration with PEC or PCATP as a consultant. 9. Non-Blacklisting Affidavit: An affidavit on judicial stamp paper declaring the firm is not in litigation or blacklisted by any client. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Deadline: 15th July, 2026, by 11:00 AM.
